Approaches I Use

I integrate evidence-based methods tailored to your specific needs, including hypnotherapy, EMDR for trauma processing, energy psychology, and mindfulness-based techniques. I work with the mind-body connection to accelerate healing and help you move through what's been holding you back. Whether addressing past trauma or current challenges, I use approaches designed to create lasting change in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Areas of Focus

I specialize in trauma recovery, navigating relationships with narcissistic individuals, and working with couples and families through conflict, communication challenges, and major life transitions. I also support people dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, DID (Disossicative Identity Disorder), relationship issues, parenting concerns, and the developmental stresses that come with different life stages. Additionally, I help executives and creative professionals—writers, musicians, actors, artists—break through performance blocks and reach their full potential.
